How Poker Races Works
- Buy-in, just like in Sit&Go, and wait for 20 participants to register.
- Choose 5 “racers” (either manually or randomly).
- Watch as your racers compete against each other — this stage lasts 1–2 minutes.
- If one or more of your racers reach the ITM stage, you will take over and play in their place against other real players.
How is Poker Races Different from Other Formats?
- Poker Races attracts a lot of recreational players.

What is Poker Races? Who are AI racers?
Poker Races is a new online poker format that combines traditional gameplay with the innovative feature of AI racers. The game is designed to bring recreational players the joy of the process and bridge the skill gap during the early stages of play.
AI racers play on your behalf during the early stages of the tournament. If they reach the ITM, you take over.
Can I choose my AI racers?
Yes, you can manually select your AI racers in Poker Races based on results and statistical data. You can also choose your favorite AI racers to always play with them. Alternatively, you can select them randomly.
How can I provide feedback on Poker Races?
You can send a message to our support team via email. We strive to respond within 24 hours of receiving your message. Your feedback is important to us, and we are always happy to hear your suggestions for improving the game.
I encountered a bug while playing Poker Races. What should I do?

YOU MUST READ AND ACCEPT THE FOLLOWING IMPORTANT TERMS BEFORE PARTICIPATING IN POKER RACES. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THE TERMS OF USE, DO NOT PARTICIPATE.

1. INTRODUCTION
1.1 Binding Agreement. The Poker Races platform (the “Platform”) is operated by PokerKing (“us”, “we,” “our”). These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) constitute an agreement between us and you. The Terms govern your use and access of the Platform the Poker Races games (the “Games”). You must read the Terms carefully before using or accessing the Platform or participating in the Games. By clicking the “I Agree” button, you consent to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement (“Acceptance”).
1.2 Modifications. We reserve the right in our sole discretion to modify the Terms, or any part thereof, at any time, by posting the amended version on the Platform. Such modification will become effective twenty-four (24) hours after posting. Your continued use of the Platform or any of the Services after such twenty-four (24) hour notice period confirms your consent to and acceptance of such modification. The most current version of these Terms will govern your use of the Platform. If you do not agree with changes to these Terms, you must cease using the Platform and playing the Games.
1.3 Privacy. We take your privacy seriously. To find out about how we collect, share and use your content and information, please read the Privacy Policy in Section 1.4 here, which forms part of the Terms and is incorporated by reference. By providing personal information via the Platform, you agree that we may collect, use and disclose your personal information as is necessary to operate and provide the Platform.
1.4 Age Restrictions. Persons who are below the age of 21 are prohibited from accessing or playing the Game. We have the right, but not an obligation, to at any time require proof of a person’s age and proof of parental or legal guardian consent to ensure eligibility to use the Platform and participate in the Games.
1.5 Term and Termination. The Terms are effective upon your Acceptance of the Terms. We may terminate the Terms or stop providing the Platform the Games at any time in our sole discretion.
2. THE PLATFORM & SERVICES
Platform. The Platform enables eligible participants (“Users”) to enter multi-player table poker tournaments (the “Tournaments”) through which they compete against AI-based computer-generated opponents in preliminary rounds and against each other in later rounds. For the purposes of these Terms of Service, “AI” (“Artificial Intelligence”) refers to set of technologies that enable computers to perform a variety of advanced functions, including the ability to see, understand, and translate spoken and written language, analyze data, make recommendations and more.
2.1 Third-Party Services. Certain components of the Services may be provided by third parties (“Third-Party Services”). We do not control Third-Party Services and have no liability for them. Your use of Third-Party Services may be subject to terms and conditions which differ from those contained in these Terms, including, without limitation, refund policies. You are responsible for reading and understanding the terms and conditions that apply to any Third-Party Services you use.
2.2 Acceptance of the Rules. By entering any Tournament, you agree to abide by the Official Rules.
2.3 Bans. We may permanently or temporarily ban any User from any or all Tournaments in our sole arbitrary discretion. In such a circumstance, until the ban is lifted, the banned User is prohibited from entering any Tournament from which he or she has been banned.
2.4 Void. The Games, and/or any component thereof, are void where prohibited by applicable law.
3. USE OF THE PLATFORM
3.1 License. Subject to the terms and conditions contained herein, we grant you a non-exclusive, personal, non-transferable non-sublicensable, revocable right to use the Platform and participate in the Tournaments. The Platform is available to you for your private personal use. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform and participation in the Games are lawful, and you agree to comply with all country, province, state and local laws when using the service.
3.2 Materials. Except as otherwise set out in these Terms, any copying or reproduction of the Platform’s materials or content, in whole or in part, for commercial purposes or distribution, re-transmission, republication, modification, reverse engineering, sale or other exploitation of the Platform or the Platform’s materials or content without the prior our written permission is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to take such steps as we deem necessary, including legal action, to restrain such unauthorized and prohibited activity and reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to any part of the Platform immediately, without prior notice, at its sole discretion. You are solely and fully responsible for all consequences, however remote, resulting from your use of the Platform.
3.3 Lawful Use. You agree that your use of the Platform will be for lawful purposes only and in a manner consistent with local, national or international laws and regulations.
3.4 Restricted Users. Potential Users located in any jurisdiction whose laws would void these Terms in whole or in part or render accessing the Platform and/or participating in the Games illegal are not permitted to use the Platform.
3.5 Restrictions. As a condition of your use of the Platform, you agree:
3.5.1 not to use scrapers, indexing tools, or other automated tools for the purposes of data mining or surveying on the Platform;
3.5.2 not to use Prohibited Software in a manor described in Section 4.2.
3.5.3 not to use of unfair practices, including, but not limited to, player collusion.
3.5.4 not to mirror, frame, or link to any part of the Platform;
3.5.5 not to inhibit any person’s use or access of the Platform or impair any element of the Platform or its underlying infrastructure;
3.5.6 not to defame or disparage anybody or make comments of an obscene, derogatory or offensive manner or otherwise use the Platform or its content in a way that brings us or any third party into disrepute or causes us to be liable to any third party;
3.5.7 not to reverse engineer, decompile, copy, modify, distribute, transmit, license, sublicense, display, revise, perform, transfer, sell or otherwise make available to any third party or otherwise publish, deep-link, create derivative works from or exploit in any way the Platform or its content except as permitted by us under these Terms or as expressly provided under applicable law;
3.5.8 not to use the Platform to distribute viruses or malware or other similar harmful software code;
3.5.9 not to represent or suggest that we endorse any other business, person, product or service unless we have separately agreed to do so in writing;
3.5.10 not to use the Platform to infringe any person’s intellectual property rights or rights of publicly or privacy;
3.5.11 not to use the Platform to offer or promote any offers, products and services;
3.5.12 that you are solely responsible for all costs and expenses you may incur in relation to your use of the Platform;
3.6 Liability. You agree that you will be solely liable for any damage, costs or expenses arising out of or in connection with any failure on your part to comply with Section 4.4 of this Agreement.
3.7 Availability. While we make commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that the Platform is available, we do not represent, warrant or guarantee in any way the Platform’s continued availability at all times or uninterrupted use by you of the Platform. You acknowledge that access and use of the Platform may be subject to bugs, malfunctions, delays, and downtime. You recognize that, due to the nature of the internet and electronic devices, your access and use of the Platform may be inhibited or affected by factors outside of our control.
3.8 Accuracy of Content. Although we reserve the right to monitor, edit, review or remove content from the Platform, we do not represent, warrant or promise (whether expressly or by implication) that any content is or remains available, accurate, complete and up to date, free from bugs, errors or omissions or fit or suitable for any purpose. Any reliance you may place on the information on the Platform is at your own risk and we may suspend or terminate operation of the Platform at any time at our sole discretion. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall operate to prejudice any mandatory statutory requirement or your statutory rights. Content on the Platform does not constitute technical, financial or legal advice or any other type of advice and should not be relied on for any purposes.
3.9 Responsibility for Expenses. You are solely responsible for all costs, expenses, and liabilities connected to your access and use of the Platform and Service. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, you are responsible for (a) your internet, wireless, and data costs incurred in connection with your use or access of the Platform; and (b) obtaining and maintaining any device or other hardware or software you use to access and use the Platform.
3.10 Availability. Availability of the Platform is subject to your continued access to sufficient internet and/or data services.
3.11 Limitations. We do not guarantee that the Platform will work on all hardware. You are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining compatible devices necessary to access and use the Platform, as updated from time to time.
4. ARTIFICIAL INTELLEGENCE
4.1 Our use of Artificial Intelligence. You acknowledge and understand that:
4.1.1 during the early rounds of the tournaments, you will be matched up against virtual (rather than real-world) opponents generated by software that utilizes AI technology (“AI Software”);
4.1.2 The virtual opponents (“AI Opponents”) can refine their strategies by studying patterns in your play;
4.1.3 All AI Opponents share the same level of skill and adeptness, and their win rates over time are consequently identical;
4.1.4 Each AI Opponent employs a unique playing style and the variable among playing styles is aggressiveness in betting patterns;
4.1.5 The playing styles maintained by the individual AI Opponents in any given tournament are randomly generated by the AI software.
4.2 Prohibited Use. You acknowledge and understand that:
4.2.1 you are prohibited from using software programs that are designed to enable artificial intelligence to play on your behalf on our Platforms including, but not limited to, opponent-profiling software, cheating software, automated computerized software or any other equivalent mechanism, or anything else that we deem enables you to have an unfair advantage over other players not using such programs or systems (“Prohibited Software”); and
4.2.2 we will take measures to detect and prevent the use of such programs using various methods (including but not limited to reading the list of currently running programs on your computer).
5. REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES
5.1 Your Representations and Warranties. In addition to and not in derogation of any other representations and warranties you provide to us in these Terms, you represent and warrant to us that:
5.1.1 you are using the Platform in a jurisdiction where access to, and use of, the Platform (or any part thereof) is not prohibited or illegal;
5.1.2 you understand the contents of these Terms and have had the opportunity to obtain legal advice with respect to these Terms before agreeing to it;
5.1.3 you have the capacity and authority to enter into, execute and perform your obligations under, these Terms.
6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES & LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
6.1 DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES. YOU AGREE THAT YOU USE THE PLATFORM AND PARTICPATE IN THE GAMES AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE GAMES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT ANY REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE HEREBY DISCLAIM ALL CONDITIONS OR WARRANTIES WHATSOEVER, WHETHER STATUTORY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO THE PLATFORM AND THE GAMES. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FORGOING, THE PLATFORM AND THE GAMES ARE PROVIDED WITHOUT STATUTORY, IMPLIED, OR EXPRESS WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, QUALITY, PERFORMANCE, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, COMPLETENESS, ACCURACY, CURRENCY, RELIABILITY, EFFECTIVENESS, USABILITY OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE CANNOT GUARANTEE THAT THE PLATFORM OR GAMES WILL FUNCTION WITHOUT ERRORS, INTERRUPTION, OR DOWNTIME.
6.2 LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR OTHER DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR OR RELATED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF REVENUES, PROPERTY DAMAGE, LOSS OF GOODWILL, USE, DATA LOSS, PERSONAL INJURY, LOST OPPORTUNITIES, DAMAGE TO REPUTATION, COMMERCIAL LOSS, FINANCIAL LOSS OR ECONOMIC LOSS OR INTANGIBLE LOSSES, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) OR ANY OTHER THEORY OR BASIS OF LIABILITY. THE FOREGOING LIMITATION SHALL APPLY EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. FOR GREATER CERTAINTY, BUT WITHOUT LIMITING THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANYTHING WHICH RESULTS FROM:
6.2.1 YOUR USE OF OR RELIANCE ON THE PLATFORM;
6.2.2 YOUR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE PLATFORM DUE TO ANY CAUSE;
6.2.3 THE ACTS OR OMISSIONS OF ANY USERS;
6.2.4 ANY ACT YOU MAKE OR FAIL TO MAKE AS A RESULT OF YOUR USE THE PLATFORM; OR
6.2.5 ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO THE PLATFORM.
6.3 General Indemnification. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless us and our Representatives from and against any and all claims, proceedings, suits, disputes, demands, threats, actions, obligations, liabilities, costs (including legal and accounting fees), damages, losses, penalties, fees, expenses, and injuries arising or resulting from: (a) your use of the Platform; (b) your participation in or ability to participate in the Tournaments; (c) your breach of these Terms; (d) any violation of any right of, or harm or loss of, any person caused by you; or (f) your violation of any law, regulation, order or by-law.
6.4 Information. You acknowledge and agree that nothing contained in these Terms or otherwise on the Platform constitutes legal, tax, accounting, or other professional advice and should not be relied upon as such.
6.5 Reliance. You understand and agree that we are making the Platform available to you in reliance upon the limitations and exclusions of liability, indemnities, release, and the disclaimers set forth herein and that the same form an essential basis of the contract between you and us. You agree that the limitations and exclusions of liability, indemnities, and the disclaimers set forth herein will survive, and continue to apply in the case of a fundamental breach or breaches of, the failure of essential purpose of contract, the failure of any exclusive remedy or the termination, suspension, or cancellation of your Account or suspension or termination of use of, or access to, the Platform.
7. GENERAL
7.1 No Waiver. Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not operate as a waiver of such right or provision. No waiver of a breach of these Terms will constitute a waiver of any other breach of these Terms.
7.2 Waiver. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the parties hereby waive any provision of law that would render any clause of these Terms invalid or otherwise unenforceable in any respect. In the event that a provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable, such provision will be interpreted to fulfill its intended purpose to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
7.3 Headings. Headings are for convenience only and shall not affect the interpretation of these Terms.
7.4 Enurement. These Terms shall enure to the benefit of and be binding upon the parties to these Terms and their respective successors, heirs and permitted assigns.
